Refund Policy
Product orders that are not electronic deliveries may be returned within 14 days of purchase. The following criteria must be met before an item can be returned.

2. If item was broken or unuseable when received, a photo of the item must be emailed
3. Buyer is responsible for the cost of returning an item, especailly if error was customers and not sellers.
4. Seller must be contacted first and approve a return before a refund can be issued.
5. Refunds will be issued once agreement has been reached and returned item has been received by the seller.
